Schedule: see it as it unwraps every week!

A 12 weeks program where every student has homework assignments and is called to expose his/her findings in a 20 minutes presentation (timed). Although there is no grading system to evaluate everyone performance, it is the purpose of these sessions to bring out the best from everyone.

Much encouragement it given to everyone who dare to stand up in front of a group and give his/her views about leadership or reports about their homework.

When all presentations are delivered, one more presentation is given that sums up the main focus of the evening (7PM to 9PM). This final presentation is directly inspired and guided from Rev. Dong Woo Kim's lecture content and eloquently delivered by Mrs. Masako Feddema.

From observations of the first 3 sessions, it becomes clear that any views one may have about leadership, it owes to relate to a providential timetable to be in alignment with today's leadership needs to acquire true ownership.

For more in depth guidelines and schedule about the school please, contact Mrs. Masako or Mrs. Sato by e-mail.

Highlights of April 26th

Manfred did a PowerPoint...nothing to be excited about, only that it is the first time that he did one. We found out that Phillip is heartistic not just intellectual.

Highlights of May 3rd

Yukari, Haruko and Monica did a PowerPoint presentation each and for the first time in their life.

The food was excellent with home made Banana cakes and lots of fruits.

Final group discussion focused on "How to be great mentors in our family and for our community."

Highlights of May 10

Tonight's snack was Korean dishes, thanks to Mr. McMahon.

Some PowerPoint presentations even had sound in them. Everyone is becoming an expert.

Highlights of June 7

Tonight the food was organic, grown from Manfred's backward.

Phillip gave his presentation in a video format video, raising the bar. Manfred who realized that his presentation was nowhere to be found in the e-mail highway, went home to download it into a memory stick and returned to the Clifton Center.

The memory stick had nothing in it. Out of courtesy to Manfred, no one tried to figured it out..

Everyone it getting better in all areas of presentation, verbal communication and reporting.

Highlight of June 14

Manfred is creating new words in every presentation. Monica excelled in presenting her book summary. Terry made Phillip look good by representing him while absent at this leadership session. The Shepherd Pie was delightful!

Highlight of June 21

This class was the last of 12; everyone has become familiar with the Microsoft PowerPoint software. The session ended with a unison prayer, something many of us haven't done for a while. It was good to pray this way again...
